2. Full Body Sculpt

After that, we get right into a 30 day series of full body sculpt videos. These workouts are designed to get your heart rate up, burn fat, and tone each specific muscle group. The full body sculpt prepares your body for the rest of this program.

3. Abs & Core

This challenge will transform what your abs are capable of and take your strong-core journey to the next level. A new video will be released each day that gives you back to back abs exercises that last for 45 seconds each.

4. Butt & Legs

We need a strong butt to support our entire body so we can function at a higher level. After you have completed these 10 videos you will feel stronger, bolder, and more confident in how you carry yourself in your life.

5. Fat Burn & Cardio

This month is focused on burning fat so we can see those toned muscles you’ve developed since starting this program. Every video begins with running in place and upper body exercises to keep the body balanced. 

6. Boxing & Sculpting

In this challenge Oriana Sabatini leads you through a warm up followed by her own workout routine (designed by her personal trainer) for that day. She gives you cues throughout every video and incorporates boxing into almost every routine.

7. Ballet & Balance

Ballet is so much more than a form of dance. It’s a way of moving through life with grace, elegance and clarity. Ballet helps you stand up straighter and carry yourself with a balanced energy of confidence. This course is where you learn to build resilience. 

8. Stretch & Flex

Our legs and booty are our biggest supporters. This month we focus on strengthening these muscle groups so we can walk with more confidence towards what we want and away from what we don't want in life.
